Description
This 2023 Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4×4 pickup has been modified by Hennessey Performance Engineering of Sealy, Texas, with their Venom 775 performance package. Powertrain upgrades include adding a 3.0L Roots-type Whipple supercharger to the 5.0L Coyote V8 as well as an air-to-water intercooler system, a high-performance throttle body, a stainless-steel cat-back exhaust system, and uprated fuel system components to produce a claimed 775 horsepower and 727 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a 3.73:1 electronically locking rear differential. A 6″ BDS suspension lift and 20″ wheels wearing 35″ tires have also been added by Hennessey along with Brembo front brakes, Waldoch power-retractable running boards, a Black Oak LED light bar, and revised bumpers and wheel arch flares. The truck is finished in Area 51 Blue over black and brown leather upholstery. The Venom-branded front bumper has an integrated brush guard and houses a Black Oak LED light bar, while the Hennessey rear bumper is accompanied by a receiver hitch. Waldoch power-retractable running boards have also been added along with illuminated badging. A spray-in bed liner was optioned from the factory along with the Bed Utility Package, which added a Boxlink cargo management system, LED bed lighting, and a power-operated tailgate with an integrated step. Other exterior details include LED headlamps, fog lamps, and tail lamps along with a keyless entry keypad, a 400-watt onboard power outlet, a twin-panel sunroof, a power-sliding rear window, power-telescoping trailer mirrors, and parking sensors.
A 6″ BDS suspension lift with Fox remote-reservoir shocks provides clearance for 20″ Hennessey 10-spoke wheels that are mounted with 35×12.50″ Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with red six-piston Brembo calipers squeezing cross-drilled rotors up front.
The SuperCrew cabin houses heated, ventilated, and 10-way power-adjustable front bucket seats upholstered in black leather with red Hennessey headrest embroidery. Matching upholstery covers the rear bench, while contrasting brown leather extends from the dashboard to the center console storage lid and door panels. The outboard rear seats are heated, and the truck is further equipped with dual-zone automatic climate control, a remote start system, an eight-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, and a SYNC 4 infotainment system with a 12″ touchscreen. The multifunction steering wheel is paired with power-adjustable pedals with position memory settings. The truck is equipped with Ford Co-Pilot360 technology including lane-keep, forward-collision warning, and pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking along with a 360-degree camera system. The digital instrument cluster incorporates an 8k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, auxiliary readouts, and an odometer indicating 735 miles.
The 5.0L Coyote V8 has been fitted with 3.0L Roots-type Whipple supercharger featuring a lightweight pulley and heavy-duty tensioner. Further modifications by Hennessey include a dual-core air-to-water intercooler system, a high-performance throttle body and air filtration system, and uprated spark plugs and fuel system components. Hennessey rated output at 775 horsepower and 727 lb-ft of torque.
